Transcribo processes your voice recordings entirely on your local machine. We do not collect, store, transmit, or have access to your audio data at any time. Specifically:

• Your voice recordings are never uploaded to our servers.
• Transcription processing happens locally on your device.
• We never use your audio data to train AI models.
• Your recordings are never shared with or sold to third parties.
• Once transcription is complete, the audio is immediately discarded from memory.

We collect minimal information necessary to operate the service:

• Account Information: Email address when you create an account or purchase a subscription.
• Payment Information: Processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store credit card numbers.
• Device Information: Operating system and app version for compatibility and support purposes.
• License Validation: Periodic checks to verify your subscription status. No usage data is transmitted during this process.

4. Transcription Data

All transcribed text remains exclusively on your device. We do not have access to, collect, or store any of your transcribed content. Your documents, notes, and dictated text are entirely yours and never leave your machine unless you choose to share them yourself.
